We offer a free replacement or refund in the event of a damaged item or manufacturing error within 30 days of item delivery. Please contact us within 30 days to initiate your request for an exchange or refund for the damaged or defective item. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damage or defect in order for us to process your request. Since our items are produced on-demand after an order is submitted, we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges when you order a wrong size, wrong color, or simply change your mind after ordering.

To initiate an exchange or refund, simply contact us within 30 days with your order details and the reason for the request. We will guide you through the process and if approved, will provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have received the return authorization number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to return and include the return authorization number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Upon receiving your returned item, our manufacturer will inspect the damage and/or defect to ensure it meets the refund criteria, and if approved, we will process your refund.

Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
