There are multiple fit options for each design. Which one should I choose?

Click on "Fit Comparison" in the menu to view a comparison between the Slim Fit, Regular Fit, Big & Tall, and Women's Fitted tees. You should choose a fit that best matches your preference for comfort and looks. The Regular and Big & Tall fits will provide larger arm holes and a roomier torso. The Slim and Women's fits will will have smaller armholes, a contoured torso, and the sleeves sit up a little higher.

When can I expect my delivery?

All our items are produced on demand, which means the items are made after you place the order. Orders require 1-5 business days to ship, depending on the options and designs you select. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days on average. Please allow a few extra days for our Big & Tall items, as our supplier is currently experiencing nationwide delays.

What are the care instructions for your items?

In general, washing our apparel items inside out will maintain the designs longer, avoid dry cleaning, and when in doubt use low heat to tumble dry or iron. For drinkware, hand wash only. Each item has slightly different care requirements however, depending on the fabric and design. You can view the specific care instructions for each item by clicking the "Care Instructions" tab next to the Description at the bottom of each item's page.

The item I received is damaged. Can I exchange it?

Yes. We offer a free replacement or refund in the event of a damaged item or manufacturing error within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within 30 days to request an exchange or refund for your item.

I placed an order but I ordered the wrong size or color. Can I change it?

All items are produced on demand, which means the items were made after your order has been placed. To ensure items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible, they are sent to the manufacturer within an hour of the order being placed. For that reason, we are unable to make changes to the size or color of the item purchased once the order has been submitted.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a free replacement or refund in the event of a damaged item or manufacturing error within 30 days of item delivery. Please contact us within 30 days to initiate a request for an exchange or refund for the damaged or defective item. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damage or defect. Since all our items are produced on demand after an order is submitted, we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges when you order a wrong size, wrong color, or simply change your mind after ordering.
